MIA for awhile!

  I am working on Wednesday from 6 to close. Praying that we get out of there before 1 a.m. I have a direct flight at 6 a.m. to MN! These are some of the many things I am looking forward to!

   *knowing once I get off the plane I will have a hug from my Dad waiting for me at baggage claim. 

   * Visiting my good friend in the hospital and seeing his no longer cereal bowl chest!

   * Going to my sisters 2nd grade classroom 

   * Singing on the way home in the car with my sister

   * Getting to give my mom an ACTUAL hug!

   * Wrapping gifts while watching The Holiday with the fam

   * Sleeping in my bed...maybe with Kallie, my cat

  And this is just the first day! I can't wait to see my extended family and also for my other sister to come home from MN! I can't wait to open gifts and give people the gifts I have been working on. I can't wait to work on my portfolio by our big Christmas tree.  I can't wait to have winter wonderland day with friends. I can't wait for Christmas Eve service!!! So, stay tuned, because I promise I will have stories to tell, pictures to share, and new adventures in the Big Apple for you. But for now, I am going back to good old Iowa and enjoy being home every single second. 

  I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed Christmas. I am going to enjoy my time home and will most likely not be blogging much. But, I promise Jan. will bring new posts, because I am starting another job and will be finishing my application. So,  I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas.  Look for my friend Catherine and me at Times Square on New Years Eve!  Enjoy time with you loved ones. Sending love your way this Christmas!
